Good morning Year 5 :-)

How was your weekend? I hope you all managed to get out in a garden for a change of scene!

We have a busy week ahead- more multiplying and dividing in Maths; lots of Reading Comprehension, spelling, times tables, some more science, PE ....goodness so busy!

It is very important that you are giving the work all the attention that you would do in school - we are still at school albeit online!

Today I would like to see the Maths and the I wonder work.

If you haven't booked a video call yet you can still book for today or tomorrow - your parents have the instructions!

I am looking forward to the calls I have booked so far :-)

Have a good day

Good Morning 5R!

It's Friday :-) I overslept a little bit but it's okay - I don't have far to travel to work :-)

Today we have Maths, English, Reading Comprehension and RE (being loaded during the morning)

Your parents will also have received a text inviting you to a video chat to say hello on Monday or Tuesday if you'd like to - it would lovely to be able to see you :-)

Don't forget to WATCH the White Rose Maths Videos so that you can pretend it is a lesson and work independently.

If you are able to, type your poems onto the template so we can print when we return.

Looking forward to 'chatting' through the day and your best efforts with your work.

Good Morning 5R,

Hands up who has stayed in pyjamas for the last couple of days :-)

Today you have Maths, English, TTRS, AR, Reading Comprehension and Science. Remember to do the Steps 2 Summit activities so we can still add 1km - we don't want to fall behind.

Remember you should follow the White Rose Maths Video lesson - all links to be found on the class page on the school website. Have a great day!

Wednesday 18th November 2020

Good Morning! Well done to everyone who completed their home learning yesterday, you were brilliant.

Today, you must watch the Maths lesson which can be found in the folder to the right. Do not go straight to the worksheet - it is really important that you follow all the steps in the lesson.

I will set the lessons via Seesaw but you will need to return here for some of the resources.

Today, you will be able to join in Collective Worship by following this link with Reverend Caroline.

Also use that link to listen to The Boy at the Back of the Class. We are currently reading chapter 10. I will be setting reading comprehension based on our class book over the next few days.

Have a fabulous day - I am looking to forward to seeing all your work later today.
